The lobby was clean is the only good thing I can say. The room was clean, but had spiders in the bathtub and the bed was so uncomfortable we didn't get any sleep. The sheets were itchy and it felt as if something was biting us.
We called the front desk twice and no one answered. Breakfast was advertised on the website as free, but there is actually a $15 charge.

The property was landscaped in very good shape the staff is very knowledgeable and polite. We came for a basketball tournament and had all the amenities I needed for my family. I will be staying at the Hilton hotels now, I used to be with Wyndham but had a bad experience.

We stayed here last year for Winterguard competition and booked again for same reason this year. Very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The only complaint is the pillows are not comfortable!!!

When I first made it front staff which was 2 older ladies wasn’t polite or greeted us at all. I stayed on the fourth floor and heard loud footsteps above my head all night long. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.
