Some people were outstanding but there were a few rude people working there.

Bartenders at pool bar were non attentive and poor attitudes, complaining of being slow and not making enough money.

The carpet in the hotel was filthy. Getting to the lobby to check in was very difficult. The entrance is hard to find. There needs to be better signage to direct people to the hidden entry. There was no valet service after 9:00 p.m., and we were not allowed to use a luggage cart to get our luggage to the room. On the plus side, the hotel staff on duty was pleasant and very accommodating.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Harrah’s on the Gulf Coast. I love the options of the food court as well as the option to sit at a restaurant. Also the pool and hot tub were perfect! We will be back soon!

Biggest complaint was the room. Not only was there no maid service but the room was very basic. No pen or paper, no clock, no hotel directory, not even a bible. Fridge was set too cold so it was a freezer and the thermostat was frozen so we couldn't turn it down. Comfortable mattress but pillows were too hard and fat. Shower nice
