Easy to find off I-10. Newly remodeled and the guy said they are going to remodel again? Don’t know what is up with that. The only complaint if I’m being picky is the fragrance in the room. Not bleach or cleaner but a strong Glade like fragrance I could live without. Doesn’t seem to be masking any other smell. But I would rather smell nothing.

The rooms did not look anyways nice as represented online.The room smelled very musty & there was on tv remote in the room, after we got the remote the tv didn’t work. The front desk got the tv working but would not work agonist the morning. They worked on it again while we were out of the room but it was very staticy. We will not stay there ago@ probably not at any other Best Western

The front desk staff was very attentive, giving us extra towels and sheets for the sofabed.
