We had an absolutely delightful stay at your hotel in Biella, Italia. They were very flexible to our check-in/out.
The warmth of hospitality enveloped us.
Breakfast was great, and the room was spacious and clean

Dear Miss Katia,I'm sorry to hear that you didn't appreciate our hotel.The description of our facility states that it is not suitable for people with mobility disabilities.The hotel was built before the '70s when mobility disabilities were not considerate in the projects.The day before your arrival, the lady accompanying you came and we showed her the hotel and had her choose your room.If you are planning to come back to Biella I would suggest to you to check our other hotel Agorà Palace Hotel that is totally handicap accessible.

The receptionist, Leila (not sure of the spelling), was wonderful. She helped me navigate through Biella and the language barrier.

The staff are fabulous. Breakfast was amazing. The driving directions provided by Google link sent us to the pedestrian entrance which was frustrating. Thanks to the help of a local restaurant chef we found the way.

This is a practical and functional hotel in Biella. The staff is VERY kind, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are clean and simple. My favorite part was the remote blackout shades. The hotel is also quiet and peaceful. If you are simply looking for a space to rest at night - this is a good hotel. If you are looking for a property with all of the amenities and extras - this would not be it (through no fault of the hotel as it is more functional). For another work trip, I would stay here.

Absolutely loved staying at the hotel Augustus! Super central, in the old town area, next to all the restaurants and shops. Loved how clean it is and modern. There’s Jasmine growing outside and every time you approach the hotel, the smell is just unreal. I would stay there again and again. Thank you🙏
