This location was nice but the thin walls and lack of support from the desk staff ruined it. They put me across the hall from a family with small children and dogs. On top of that, the room next to me had two men arguing or yelling and the tv was way up. I called down to the front desk after about 10:30PM and no one answered. I called a second time and the young lady stated she would handle it. Sadly she never came up and did nothing. It was well after midnight by the time the two men stopped shouting, only for the family across the hall to get the dogs barking. Most of things clearly out of control of the hotel. However, refusing to address the issues is inexcusable.
