The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a quiet residential area with a few other hotels. There were a few good restaurants nearby and public transportation was nearby.

It was just what I needed for my trip. The room, very small, but ok for all my needs, and eveything is modern and clean. I really liked it.

Lovely staff/service. Breakfast options are great as is the food. Hotel rooms are compact, clean and tidy, with comfy beds. Everything you need for a long weekend break. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are small but more than adequate. Excellent proximity to transit to get you anywhere. Breakfast was wonderful and set you off for the day.

Great location and service. Near underground station. Nice bar, satisfactory breakfast. Standard double rooms very small however comfortable bed and roomy shower!

The staff at this property was really pleasant and helpful. The people at the desk were happy to come up with ideas to help plan the day. The downside of this hotel is that none of the food is really any good, and the shampoo/ conditioner/soap for the shower is really not good, and difficult to use because it is so thin and there are no washcloths. The rooms are small but clean. I was a little bit disappointed with the facilities given the price of the room. But as I say it was a good location, and the staff was lovely.

Swimming pool was closed, air con did not work and the room.was therefore very uncomfortable. Would have liked tea/coffee options in the room

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my son who is a wheelchair user. We requested a twin room but when we got there it was a double. However I was given a comfortable folding bed then moved to a twin accessible the next day so it was fine. The main issue I had with the room was the bathroom, the shower hose plus the towel rack were up high and well out of reach of a wheelchair user. So it’s obviously an oversight in the design of the barrier free room. Otherwise we loved the room. We had pizza in the restaurant one night and it was really good, much better than we’ve had in other hotels. It took ages to come and when it did it looked like it had been made from scratch. We were really impressed. The hotel was really clean, quiet as well, with good facilities. The tap water in the bathroom was drinking water so this was a bonus too. I did think the breakfast was a bit pricey, at €30 for 2 people, but then Berlin is a pretty expensive city so it’s probably in line with all hotels. I should’ve booked the room with breakfast. It’s so close to the U station, and there are some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby too. It’s really well situated. I’d definitely recommend the hotel, although because of the lift to get in for wheelchairs I think I’d maybe stay somewhere else. We definitely prefer to be able to come and go independently and not have to get someone to let us in. However this isn’t a reflection on the hotel as we had a great stay, and the staff were really helpful.
