The building is confusing to negotiate. Room numbers are not logically associated with floors

Finding the registration desk was a challenge--the hotel is integrated into a conference center and there is a shopping center on the first floor. Took a few tries to figure it out.
Overall, room was fine, well-laid out and worked for this stay.

Dear Craig,Thank you for your positive review. When you come to us for the first time, it is a bit of a challenge to find the reception, I agree with you. The building was not originally built as a hotel, so our reception is on the 2nd floor. It's a little unusual, but everything is signposted on the lift and it's also listed in detail on our website. We are pleased that you have nevertheless found your way to us and felt at home. We are sure that you will find the reception desk immediately on your hopefully next visit.
