Stay here was basically functional, at best. This hotel appears to have plumbing problems. The toilet in my first room ran constantly. They moved me to another room in which the temp control in the shower didn’t function. The rooms were bare and minimal. There was a tub mat and a bath towel, but no hand towels at all. The hotel also lacked a lounge area where guests could meet in the evenings. We were not permitted to use the breakfast area, although it was empty. Breakfasts were adequate. I will choose a different hotel if I ever get back to Berlin.

A nightmare that had to live And no where to go .Oh my god where do I start bathroom / and shower like space pod and smaller than train toilet the towels shabby and rags and nothing but 2 when I asked front desk gulios from Cameron and mat not helpful and say that is standard???? No hand towel only 2 ragy towels and for xterm towels they gave me floor mats instead?!? We had to change room 2 times due to the clogged sink?!!and the 2nd room no soap??! They calmly said oh that’s normal dust on floors flying and our trace companion who made our mistake and reserved there not much better 1st room had bathroom running all times and 2nd room after soaping her hair the shower had only boiling hot water???! So she rinsed herself with the glass from the sink since it’s small pod room?!? And checked in 2nd or 3rd room I think Expedia should be more responsible to categorize pension and college dorms as a legitimate hotel since ibis is not one with limited amenities and there goes 2days of our vacation with no customers service from gulios and mat in front desk only now next door to this colleg doorm/pension they have something called BUDGET IBIS ???? I wonder how would that be 🤔

It is well located, tidy and spacious. There’s a bit of noise early in the morning when the window is opened. All in all, it’s a good offering.
