This hotels bathroom tub is a little too high for small and average people. I slipped and fell and bruised my upper whole right thigh. Older people please be careful!! The bar on the roof top is very nice, cold and windy but nice ambience.

Our stay at Amano was good, the room was very clean and modern. We were able to ask for additional pillows (even a proper neck pillow which was a bonus!), iron, kettle, etc at no extra cost. The double room was on the small side for 2 people- no where to put our luggage, had to make do with squeezing past it. There was no where to hang our towels. We really wanted to opt for the sustainability option and not have our towels changed every day but we had no choice as we didn't have anywhere to hang them dry. The air-con in our room didn't work as it should have, we asked twice at reception but it was never fixed. It was very hot at night so was a tad uncomfortable. Overall if we had somewhere to hang our towels and the air-con worked, it would have been a perfect stay.

The hotel was quite nice and the reception staff very helpful. What we did not like is the lack of facilities. The restaurant was not open for two days of our four day stay. Likewise the roof top bar never seem to be open and we particularly like to have a nightcap when returning to the hotel after being out to dinner. Unlikely we would stay in the hotel again.

This is not a hotel. A nightmare. I’m not talking about noise and everything else; it’s impossible to open the window. The reception is only open to accept money. When checking out, the person at the reception was completely asleep. For a bottle of water, which is given as a compliment in all hotels, they charged 10 euros. The shower room stinks and water leaks from all the holes. The blocked money was never returned, I ask the expedition to help in this matter. In a word, find yourself another hotel and stay away from this one.

Great size room and very close to all your public transport needs. Room was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Good location for us near main train station doing interrail. Just a good all round hotel reasonable value, good breakfast
