Looked after by English speaking reception staff. Rooms and facilities are lovely and fresh. No complaints

Really good location for transport and sights. Rooms were clean and quiet and we used the exec lounge for snacks and drinks quite a bit. Pillows were awful flat and not great and the atv situation could do with updating. 1 english channel and no smart connection. Minor but worth a look at.

Excellent location , less than 5 minutes walk to Alexander place , very nice staff

is very nice clean staff very nice but wifi internet is very poor my room but is nice hoteel

Excellent breakfast.
Regret that there were no suitcase racks or bathroom slip mats available on request which are important for older customers.
Very convenient for station and easy to visit the main sites of Berlin. Excellent lifts available. Recommended for a stay in Berlin.

Asked for a quiet room and idiot guy gave me a room on outside by police station. Sirens all night. They moved me to inside room next day.
Be warned. Nice dining room. Not much else nearby. I would stay there again.
