reception staff (young lady)was not communicated well with client. roof top onsen reservation confirmation was unclear with her. other staffs were ok

I love the Japanese style room that is comfortable, as well as the private bath at the top floor of the hotel.

We really enjoyed the free dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a lovely kaiseki 8 course meal and breakfast was traditional Japanese style. Our private onsen was spectacular. The beds were really comfortable. Shower looked new and water pressure was excellent. Staff were really nice. This hotel is worth quadruple what we paid for it.
