Property was not anything fancy but for the price very adequate for what we needed. We came down for a wedding from North Jersey and the proximity to where the wedding was in Avon was perfect for a quick uber ride without adding too much to the cost of the wedding as it was so price was very good..

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay here with us, I did get the vibe that you wanted a "chain" establishment as that is what was said upon walking in front door I did inform you that chains are not normally at the shore and those would be alittle more inland. And as you only gave me a score and did not elaberate on what made your stay 2/5 I do not know how I could have made better. But best believe that that upon you 2 walking into my lobby there was not going to be ANYTHING I coould have done to make your stay pleasant. Next time book for a hampton inn or somewhere "chain" hotels are not at the belmar beach. Or better yet stay at a B&B
