The reservation was for a king bed. We were given a room with 2 queens. The check in person seemed very unsure about the whole process. She needs additional training. Since she had such a difficult time with the check in process, we just kept the room with 2 queens. We only stayed one night by our reservation.

i was not happy for his svc when i checked in around 11:40 PM even i called about late check in one day ago
firstly the door card was not working even they brought other one it was same problem
then they opened by master key and said that it will be fixed and replaced early morning tomorrow
but it did not happend and we went down to have breakfast with our all belongings because of no fixed card key
secondly the air con did not working properly and i wan not controlled...very bad room!!!

The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Bed very comfortable. Check-in person was friendly and personable. Plenty of breakfast food and drink options.
