I enjoyed the day at the Hyatt. Wish Wish they had microwaves in the room versus the one that you had to go downstairs to Service. Excellent service from Vivian at the front desk. She provided us with valuable information for my family.

I had the worse experience with this facility, the shifts were dirty and housekeeping came to change them and that linen was dirty, no towels in the room, had to be moved twice and the rooms were horrible, the manager only said we need an upgrade. It was awful. I had to find a new hotel and still waiting to be reimbursed as the manger said she would since I had to change rooms several times and it was still not up to standard.

Actually we booked a night here looking forward to use the pool. Once we arrived we were told that there is no pool access yet. It was so warm. Although it said on Expedia there is a pool we regret booking here.

The room was dirty and made me feel dirty. We walked in and one of the lights were flickering. The walls were damaged and stained.

Chose this place as just a convenient stop to sleep and was surprised by the great mall just down the road. Went for a movie and dinner less than a mile down the road.
