Property was great, except the hotel over charged me double what my confirmation said. Tried to fix the mess up for 3 straight days but every time the front said it would correct over night but it didn’t. On Sunday morning my bill was double the amount, and the front desk said no way to change it and I would be charged full freight, even though I had email confirmation!! Very frustrating and disappointed because overall very good location.

It appeared to look nice, but when I took a second look in the lobby sitting area, the couches and chairs were dirty and soiled. They have a bug issue in the 2 rooms they put me in . The first room has a bug in my bed. The second room had a big pregnant roach crawling by the microwave area.. I told them at the front desk, I did not feel comfortable staying there at the Holiday Inn. They did not charge me and said that my money would be refunded in 7-10 business days.

Really good hotel, nice and clean. Only problem was checkout was at 11 had sign on the door and cleaning lady didn’t knock or anything and tried to get in our room and it was only 8:50am. Thought the sign was to let them know you wasn’t ready for it to be cleaned.
