The hotel is just a few minutes walk from ferry port. The hotel breakfast is extensive. Staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

It's right next to the Ferry Terminal which is very convenient. Environment is quiet and very close to a Mall. Good location.

beside ferry terminal! super convenient. easy check-in and check-out. staff is polite and approachable. comfortable room that's spacious and beds are bouncy yet firm enough. like the nice shower. amenities are good.

good location. walking distance from ferry terminal and a shopping mall. room is spacious and a bit dated. breakfast is alright, can be better.

A very clean, tidy and modern hotel with courteous, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and well maintained. Hotel has a good selection of amenities, including swimming pool, gym and conference rooms. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the ferry port, so no taxi required on arrival. There is a shopping mall across the street, and the location is well served by local taxis and public transport. The breakfast offered is extensive, with several regional cuisines catered for. The overall food offerings are varied, good quality and generally great value for money. Recommend a room on a higher floor facing the Grand Mosque and park for an outstanding view. Overall a very comfortable, convenient and good value for money place to stay whilst visiting Batam City.
