I love the tranquility of the vicinity. It was relaxing. I love that it is near to the nature reserve too. The hotel provides shuttle services to the popular malls as well as the nature reserve.

Doesnt feel like a 5star hotel. The facilities are not properly maintained. A good hotel just to sleep. The bed is good

Weekend gateway.
Posted 13 Feb 2024 on HotelsRoom is enough for couple staying in Batam. Location is about 15 to 20 mins away from the malls. Driver has to make a u turn to return back to the hotel and not ideal in a raining day or at night. Staff is friendly and helpful although breakfast on Sunday was chaotic. It was better managed on Monday.
