This property is very charming. The views can't be beat, it's clean, the staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is lovely. However, we couldn't get the air conditioning to work, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the shower was cold with very little water pressure.

The food options for vegetarians were few but very delicious. The breakfast spread was excellent. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the views were great. They could improve their gym by replacing or repairing the broken equipment such as the treadmill.

We enjoyed this beautiful property, with it's stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also were very fluent in the English language. We highly recommend this hotel.

Cute little Tuscan hotel. Easy to get to from Florence if you are driving and parking is included. Loved our room with a Terrance! Dinner and wine was also great.
Only thing is the beds weren’t super comfortable.

Fantastic views lovely rooms
Posted 14 Dec 2023 on HotelsBeautiful views from the large clean room. Unfortunately no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. When I requested, I was told I can always go down to the bar and buy a coffee. Restaurant was ok but a limited menu. One young waiter had a bad body odour problem. Breakfast was ok but hot foos was not kept hot.
