I don't have enough words for how friendly the staff are. They are ready to help at all times. Especially the baggy car services are never tiring for the guests. The breakfast is excellent and a variety of choices but all are tasty. I will be back at this hotel in the future.

I loved staying at the Vince Hotel! Staff is very kind and helpful, lots of free activities such as massages, free popcorn, water and juice in the lobby, photoshoot in traditional Thai outfits, and complimentary fried chicken! The room was spacious with cute decor. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety! Even some beautifully plated dishes too. Would recommend staying here!

Fantastic staff.. location was abit way out but the caddy service is 24hrs n fast..

We decided to book Vince Hotel after reading positive reviews and were happy with our choice. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, with unique offerings each of the four days we dined. The hotel staff provided friendly and courteous service throughout our stay.
Pros:
- Buggy service to nearby areas.
- Breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and changed every day.
- The Thai costume service was excellent; Foy and Nam were very helpful and professional.
Cons:
We could hear people walking and talking next to our rooms, but other than that, we slept well.
