Vip access was two can of beer brought to room after an hour, the lounge at tower club food is very limited, drinks are good , but not worth the extra money

Not allot of walkable benefits and the top floors only cater for very high end.

The service was inconsistent … especially at breakfast. Some days you’d get coffee, other days you’d have to ask and wait. Overall the hotel is nice and big however expected more

Ms. Eek was very nice and friendly assisting us with top skills services. I always stayed at the hotel for the past few years now. Loved the services, breakfast options, pool and all the rooftop atmosphere was beyond amazing. The only thing I would say though this time stayed. It was a lot of pigeons in the buffet, food, and the pool areas. It was a little gross out due to pigeons picking our food and they were in the pool as well. But that was the only thing I would say of the improvements.

I loved the hotel friendliness of staff. I felt pampered. I loved the balcony, pool, view of rivers and sky bars. Great oprions on nonalcoholic drinks. I loved the Pink Daisy at the Pink Bar. Restaurants such as Breeze and Chef's Table are outrageously pricey. I wish the gym was bigger and 24 hours.

Service was a hit and miss, for example when seated for breakfast the staff didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks that were included in buffet breakfast such as iced coffee. Elevators were slow and only a few. Otherwise amenities such as bar and restaurants and lounge were great

Fabulous view of the city and river from the balcony, superb service on our arrival, and the 52nd floor breakfast view was also killer. Room was very spacious and bath area was lovely. Close to BTS station. It’s a 20-30 minute taxi ride to most places you want to go for sights or dinner, but that’s true for most of the hotels, and the cabs are cheap, so it’s not an issue.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff, very convenient for walking, but in the restaurant prices are really crazy.
