Very good location as everything is in walking distance range. I took Deluxe king room which is of average size but other rooms are small, but price is right for location. Tanya on frontdesk is polite and helpful, cleaning staff is also hardworking compared to ther hotels I stayed in Thailand.

Tiny rooms, little comfort, weak water flow and unstable water temperature. No breakfast.

The property is good. However, the area is quite secluded. Very hard to get grabcar or taxi

shower water heater not even hot. shower area drainage very bad. those given level 6 room do not have lift landing, need to walk up one level. just 15 minutes rain, outside hotel already flooded.
