The hotel was good but the dogs out in the street having fights overnight were unfortunate !

I sent a message requesting to just stay for 7 hours that was ignored. I arrived in the morning at 7am and left for the airport at 2pm. I was still charged ฿200 extra. The layout of the hotel is very inconvenient if you have a lot of baggage- the elevator is half a flight of stairs away from the room level. The main electrical outlet was broken. The restaurant was closed. Would not recommend.

Very convenient because is very close to BBK Airport. Only 10 minutes away.

Mistake was made for the dates for reservation and could not change or cancel without having to pay for it.
