It was a tour bus stop Hotel. The soundproofing was horrible. On ninth floor of ten floor hotel. Can hear dogs barking, motor bikes. When the bus or buses came, very loud. Even had a group in hallway doing exercises. And counting to ten in Chinese. At 0200. Doors open and talking to each other very loud. When doors would shut my door would shake. There was no luxury. The towels were exfoliating. The bath robes were used for under the door for an attempt to muffle the sounds. The staff was great though.

Fantastic staff. Nice newer Hotel. Only complaint is hallways are all marble and doors thin/don't seal very well. When other rooms rented out sounds from them coming in was loud, as if there was no door. Great Breakfast buffet, just same thing everyday or long walk to street food. Bad TV cable reception with no English channels. Still I enjoyed staying here.

Staff is Chinese and seems to focus Chinese guests. Employees of reception desk can`t speak any English.

Very new hotel. Have very nice restaurant area but no food prepared onsite other than breakfast. No bar or lounge facilities .

This is not conveniently located near BKK airport as advertised. Staff did not speak English making communication beyond pleasantries very challenging.

hotel adatto a gruppi in particolare di cinesi, rumorosi anche nelle ore notturne e poco educati nella sala breakfast con sputi ovunque.....

空港からは渋滞がなければ15分と非常に近い。 朝食は食べれるがレストランとしては機能していない。
