The hotels great, don’t let the surroundings ruin your experience. Grab a taxi from the grab app. It’s like Uber, they pick you up at the door and you avoid the unwanted crowd in front. On the inside the food is great, ice cool aircon and rooms. Rooms very clean. 7/11 nearby for quick snacks but id avoid it after 3pm as the crowd outside turns into aggressive women which the hotel protects you from. On the other hand if your a single man, you have lots to choose from 😂 and in this case, go ahead and cross the street

Awesome location…especially if you want to party. Super clean…fantastic rooftop pool…great staff…they allowed us to check in at 9am. 5 star service all the way.

I always stay a Novotel Sukhumvit 4 when in Bangkok. The hotel is located in busy tourist area very close to Nana Plaza (I don’t go to Nana Plaza).
Hotel staff is always very professional and extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nicely appointed with comfy beds and sheets. The hotel has beautiful swimming pool and bar at top of 25th floor- that alone is worth staying here for magnificent views of Bangkok. The breakfast is excellent and offers many food types: western, Asian, Indian. Great selection and again- excellent, friendly service.
Outside the hotel at night is very busy and not for the timid traveler, but I always feel safe here- even late at night. Great hotel, great value for your trip to Bangkok!
