We stayed here purely due to the location, directly across from the MBK Centre. Everything you need for a short stay. On the ground floor is a 7 eleven which was so handy.

Has always been a pleasure to stay with this hotel. Stayed here so many times that I’ve lost count of it. BTS station is just at the hotel doorway. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. 7-11 at the lobby is a plus for late night snacking. The shower water temperature is very consistent and we love it.

Nice and convenient hotel in city heart area, I keep to come and have a stay at mercure hotel siam every year at bangkok.

Location is key, right next to BTS skytrain. Walking distance to Siam. Traffic not congested at this area. 7-eleven is at hotel level 1. Great stay.

Staff was so polite and amazing. Hotel was quiet, only accessible by Hotel card (on 14th floor of hotel) safe and within walking distance of everything downtown. Drinks on patio have a great view from the bar and the bartender was awesome.
