I got to the accommodation at 7 am there was no room ready, they let me use their ammenities to clean up use the gym spa and pool before I was able to check in at 10 am. Really happy with how I was treated

Very satisfied with my 1 night stay. Gym, pool, sauna and all other amenities in the property were great. Staffs were amazing too. Himms in Concierge was very resourceful and top notch. He gave me some useful tips on where to dine. Definitely staying here again on my next visit. Thank you Lancaster

It was quiet nice pool, great facilities, especially the spa wonderful massages very kind staff

This hotel is amazing ! Everything is so nice about this hotel . Food places and shopping places are accessible. I don’t recommend it enough staying at this hotel while visiting Bangkok

Really nice rooms for affordable prices. Spa was accommodating and friendly. Front desk was not so friendly . Limited English

Everything was perfect, every single detail is taken into account and you stay in Bangkok with all the luxury but at a reasonable pric
