Room was very clean and spacious. Metro right infront of hotel, and many food options nearby. Many massage places at the basement of fortune tower as well!

Very convenient to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport and around Bangkok in general. The airport train is connected to the MRT at Makkasan Station. One stop away the MRT station comes up very near to the front door of the hotel. The hotel is also located on top of a small shopping center with lots of food choices and connected underground (thru MRT station) to the shopping mall across the street. Jodd Fair night market is just across the street. Lots to do without even leaving the area.
The bathroom could have been cleaner in my room and the lighting was quite dark in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was a bit too bright and some of the light switches were not working properly. I believe most of the rooms are currently being renovated though.
The lobby of the hotel is large and beautiful and the pool area is quite nice.

The staff are very very friendly and helpful. Hotel feels safe as you require to tap your hotel card in the lift. Hotel staff are very quick at cleaning the room as well. However, one ratchada buffet was not delectable at all and I was surprised that there is no bedside charging. Charging ports were oddly located far away from the beds. The rooms do not seem soundproof as we are easily woken up by sounds from the corridor and traffic. Nonetheless, staff are very helpful and friendly.
