This is my second stay in this Avani hotel but was disappointed. The hygiene condition in my room was not satisfactory. Rubbish bin was not clean on the 2nd day and used towel under basin on the 3rd day, while no new towels ready in room on the 4th day.
Also, hair on floor was not vacuumed away and left on toilet’s floor.

Posted 16 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe stay here every year on and off on an extended trip for family and holiday. Free upgrade for one night was lovely. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet can be very Asian but substantial non the less. Very handy for BTS.
