Everything from the greeting upon arrival to accommodations to request prior to arrival. Room prepared to a cool temperature and soft music. Top floor view! Wonderful food service staff at Moment's dining room. Fitness room modern and sufficient with equipments for a workout. Walking distance to an official business i was there for

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It provides one way Tuk Tuk service from hotel to nearby BTS station. Really appreciate for the free upgrade to a Suite which is nice, cosy and spacious. Should change the curtains as it does not fully block the morning sunlight.
