The Rundlestone was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only problem that we had was with the HVAC. If the room got too hot, it sounded like the AC came on. Using the AC in the winter doesn't seem consistent with the conservation vibe I felt in Banff

The room itself was good and the front end staff at reception were very good. But it was very very noisey from something running outside our room possibly hot tub , not sure why what it was ? And the doorway leading into hot tub area was very rusty and mouldy , kind of gross.

Restaurant and pool were closed for our stay - for that we gave a 2 for facility.

Great place. Pool was closed but they offered options around to use the pool.

Thank you for your review, Jeanelle!As we try our best to communicate the pool closure, we appreciate that sometime it can get lost in all the information. We have texted you on May 6 on this portal, and there is a note of closure on the website. We try our best to provide our guests with multiple options to use a pool during the stay. We do not have a restaurant on site, but the Keg is just next door service breakfast and dinner every day.We hopw the rest of the stay was great!
