It is a simple, straightforward hotel. Located quite far from shopping mall (cihampelas walk). Overall it was a pleasant stay. Worth it with the amount you are paying.

The pictures from the website looks good but the actual exterior of the hotel looks very different. The bathroom of the room I stayed always get flooded everytime I took a shower. There is no water container in the room to keep hot water.

Terrible breakfast, room without a window.

Hotels.com should need to confirm the hotel statement before approving their detail in the website. This is twice I got the room without any window BUT the hotel statement stated the room come with a city view. In fact, it's none. No window at all. Breakfast also very terrible in this hotel and I have to skip breakfast few times because I found it no point to get the paid breakfast if the food and drink served is terrible. If I knew, I just book the room without breakfast which will be cheaper. Only location is great. Nothing else can be said, but I won't use this hotel anymore. Terrible.

Unpleasant stay.

The hotel looked good when I booked but it wasn't as published. The toilet was smelly and dirty. Room amenities were incomplete but they send us when we asked. Check in took very long time because one staff at the reception at check in time after 2pm. Should really improve the room cleanliness.

We stayed in 2 rooms from Sep 10-15, 2016 (6D/5N) at this hotel. Location was good because it was right on the Cihampelas shopping street but that was the only good thing. Rooms were tiny & cramped but I wouldn't fault the hotel for this as I booked such rooms. However, the aircons were not fully functioning & was inadequate to cool down the small room (even with Bandung's cool weather, it felt warm in the room with aircon set to max). Aircon was leaking water & made rattling or gurgling noises throughout the night. When requested for a room change, the staff obilged & changed the room for us. The new room also had the same aircon problem. Adding to that, the sewerage pipe right outside & above our rooms was leaking & the stench of sewerage filled the walk ways. Daily housekeeping was decent but always had to request for fresh towels when the old ones where taken away during the cleaning process. To be fair, the staff were all very nice & helpful people. Whenever we complained to them, they rushed to attempt to correct the problem. They were just poorly equipped to fix such major technical issues (aircon & sewerage pipes). The hotel management needs to upgrade the hotel facilities & implement better service systems for the innocent staff. Will NEVER stay back at this hotel again.
