The hotel is excellent as well as the service rendered from the staff for the level of hotel rated. Awesome breakfast buffet spread. Spacious room. 이 호텔은 걍 괜다. 방을 크고 편하다. 아침 식사 엄청좋고 맛있다. Some room for improvements: > Gym: needs more aircon and ventilation > Room amenities: some are old/broken - to check before guests checks in (eg. kettle, tv remote control battery) > Business Center: set up a side or space for business center for guests to do their work whilst waiting for check-in or check-out waiting for their next journey.

got charged 50,000 rupiah for blood stain on pillow slip caused by mosquito bite. Shower flooded, TV didn't work, Window locks broken. Staff arrogant

A well located hotel but in need of rescue

The room is very tired. The shower curtain is mouldy and stained. The bed sheet was discoloured, off white. The wooden floor tiling has came off but was nailed to the ground as a quick fix. Overall the room looks mediocre and does not reflect a four star or even three star rating hotel.

Clean and simple. Just a minor thing just before checking out the toilet shower did not work. Otherwise great hotel

Very recommended hotel

booked 5 rooms for a short vacation with our family. 2 babies were with us and the hotel manager was very keen that he allowed us to reserve 2 baby cots for free. Staffs were friendly. Parking space was a concern for some guests as the hotel only has a few car park space, but we were happy as they provided a free valet service for guests. Breakfast were nice. Room was reasonably clean. The only thing we would think about before making another reservation was the terrible traffic jam right on the street in front of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful service!
