Room not serviced till 1430 and water not replaced unless asked

Filthy room, dirty towels, bed sheet, table and walls. Room not sound proofed at all. For the price, totally a rip off.

Second time stay there as usual a lot of Restaurants around the hotel and pascal mall just one step in front the hotel

The room was just ok. When I got the room, the electricity in my room didn't work. They didn't offer a new room, instead called some guys to fix it. The pillows don't look so clean. I think they change the pillow case, but the color is not as white as it should be so that it doesn't look clean.

One of the best hotel in Bandung. Nice breakfast. Great location.
