Quiet and restful stay. Not much to do in the area

We had to wait 50 mins in line to check in and only got our room at 5pm. Later we found out that the next day is a public holiday (Yang di-Pertuan Agong's birthday Holiday) which could be why the hotel was overwhelmed with local tourists and were short handed.
Rooms were quite huge. Breakfast spread was quite good and the roti canai was one of the best hotel live stations that I’ve had! They had a wide variety of breads too.
This hotel is 10-mins drive from the Desaru Adventure Waterpark and is within walking distance to a supermarket and many other F&B options.

Pillows were smelly, towels and toilet had mould stains. Other than that, room is considered clean and nice. Gym, pool, and breakfast selection were good.

Its accessible, 2 super markets just across the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good especially the nasi dangang and sambal. The sambal is soo good.
