Staff was friendly and accomodating and lobby was nice but the room felt a bit dated. The curtains had holes in them, there was no bottled water or toiletry kits, or hand lotion in the room.

The room was quiet and the staff kept it clean, And cheerful,.... what i didnt like was the walk to my event, though not your fault, it was way quieter and cleaner than the last hotel we stayed at in 2022.

Awesome harbor views especially from the higher floors. I was on 8th. Felt like water front dining grom our hotel room 😁 Staff can do much better with courtesies. Parking garage is a mess due to construction ( understandable!). But, no notification on website about chargers dusabled due to cobstruction. After paying for 2 nights, i had to walk back to cront desk when my parking ticket wont work. I had to walk back to get my ticket validated. Ridiculous service. No courtesy water or coffee on floors or lobby!
