We liked the secure parking.
We booked through Expedia, but we needed to shift our booking to the next night. We contacted the property to change the booking, rather than through Expedia. Big mistake.
The property accepted the change, but sent us no confirmation. I requested a confirmation via email. No answer. I called them and then received a confirmation email, but it claimed we would be charged for the room on check in. We had already been charged by Expedia.
We emailed the property and requested a confirmation that the room was fully paid. No responce.
We contacted their head office, who called the property and verbally confirmed that no money was owing.
We arrived after their front desk had closed. A sign on the front door stated that late check ins would receive a text telling them how to access their room key. We had received no text.
Finally, by contacting their 'emergency number,' we were able to access our room.
A lot of hassle!
