The front Desk Staff were friendly, professional, and available, there was a size-up than the typical small fridges, and a tiny microwave. The room seemed clean. From there, we didn't like anything else. The pillows were tiny and pretty bad, the bed was hard, the room itself was super small, like 12x14ft, like the smallest room in an old house. The restroom was large, but the shower pressure was much too strong and no way to control it. Never seen such a poor "continental breakfast" in my life. Two generic cereals, didn't see milk. Some sort of non-brand koolaid instead of orange juice, a small coffee dispenser without any sugar, milks, etc. Some sort of coffee mocha dispenser, only thing we got and threw it out cause it was watered down and tasteless. The only thing that sorta looked interesting was this make it yourself waffle machine that people were in line for. Also, if you don't like being around mostly people that seem very impoverished and maybe even in and out of homelessness, this place isn't for you. That seemed to make up most of the people we seen at night when we arrived and at breakfast. We would not stay there again.
