The overall experience was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner and to the Fox Theater for our show. On the down side, the air conditioner seemed to struggle, the sink was a little slow draining and the shampoo bottle on the shower wall fell and we didn’t even use it. The shower temperature controls were difficult and either allowed for a super hot or cold shower. Maybe it was just our room, so hopefully these things were a one-off. We would stay there again.

One of the elevators was out of service, and there are only two…and they are old. So, long wait times.
