Never here again

When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. There was also no microwave as stated either. The bathroom was constantly wet with water on the walls and floor and was extremely slippery. The shower has a small on demand water heater but didn’t work at all.

Im very sorry for transferring you to other unit because of existing guest extended there stay because of medical issue of there father in the hospital.

There is no one to help you when there are urgent concerns you have to wait the next day. Parking is narrow and unsafe. The room smells awful and the hallway leading to the unit smells like dog poop. The unit is not sound proof - you can hear conversations on the hallway and outside. The description on the site does not match with what it actually looks like. Horrible experience and I will not recommend this place.

wifi is not an urgent matter at midnight, the fixed it in the morning. You can closed the window so could not hear any sounds. The staff is cleaning daily in common areas. We have receptionist duty from 8am-5pm and 24 hours duty security guard that you can ask anytime.
