I am requesting for a refund. This place no longer exist and for some reason, you were still able to book me. Such an inconvenience! Please return my fee back to my credit card on file.

Do not come here! The place is disgusting! Very dirty. My money was wasted. How can u stay in this place! This is the worst place I’ve ever been!!!

May we know what was the UNEXPECTED FEES your were saying which u mentioned on ur other review? Hotel never collected fees when you arrived.. all fees paid when you booked from the site. Photos of Rooms are already posted and even says that ECONOMY ROOM is SHARED BATHROOM still you continued to booked. We are so sorry that there was NO ELECTRICITY when u arrived. We have NO GENERATOR for this is just a small bed and breakfast. Wondering how you can say that “THIS PLACE IS DIRTY”? it’s blackout and you never stayed in the room. Didn’t event see it properly because it’s as i said, it’s BROWN OUT. When you booked the room, you saw that the price is cheaper compared to other accommodations, you grab it without reading all the amenities the hotel provide? Rest assured that all your concerns will be put in place and will work out on that “matters”. Again, we are sorry if we didn’t reach your expectations with regards to our Room.. God bless

Pros: Near the city proper. Accommodating staff.
Cons: Probably a refrigirator for all customers.
I usually don't base it on the ratings online whenever I come and visit a place. I totally enjoyed our stay here. Deja Vu gives you the comfort of staying on your own home, the people are accommodating. There's a small bar that you can order food from morning til night. I recommend capping off your day on their bar, a bucket of beer with sisig plus acoustic music!Perfect!

Confusing and hard to find Hotel

Pros: Food and staffs.
Cons: Room curtains to block the sunlight.
Location: It's near the city proper.
Poor signage - the hotel is co-located with a restaurant (of the same owner) with a different name which has a more dominant sign. Noisy on Saturday nights because of the band playing in the other hotel. No receptionist. The curtains are not enough to block the sunlight that disturbs your sleep and warms the room. Incomplete toiletries - only towels and tissues (which we had to ask for) are provided, no bath soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.. Food and staffs are good though and the price is reasonable.
