Outstanding property with a great staff and good food. There is no pool and parking is limited.

We had such a mixed experience at this hotel, it was hard to give it an accurate review. However, let me give you the pros and cons: First, we booked the Presidential Suite for 4 nights. It is a beautiful large room with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. Room Pros: Spectacularly comfortable bed, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable sofa and chairs. Loved the room. Room Cons: I wish hotels gave you wash cloths, and a box of tissue paper. This room had neither. But the big con was the noise from the hallway, it would echo down the tiles from the end of the hall and felt like people were standing in our sitting room yelling at us. Very noisy from internal sounds, not from street sounds. Hotel Pros: We told the hotel that we were going to be doing a prenup photo shoot in the room, and they were so accommodating for the makeup people and photographers, and let us use the room, the hallway, and the sky lounge. We were so thankful for how kind and helpful they were, and the photo shoot went amazing. Also, the parking was smooth and easy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful and every interaction with staff except for 1 was amazing and made us feel good. Hotel Cons: The 1 bad interaction was with the breakfast in the sky lounge. We showed up the second day for breakfast, and the guy there said just get whatever food we can. All we could find was 4 pieces cold bacon, cold rice, a couple of old buns. It was horrible - we left and ate out !
