Convenient location. Dirty hallway and elevator. Untimely check-in. Customer service representative had problems checking in guest before me. Customer service representative couldn’t find all the reservations for the guests after me. CSR waited on next guests before completing my check-in. Very dissatisfied with check-in. Rooms were very clean.

I would absolutely tell everyone to never stay at this property. The TVs were at least 20 years old, the wifi worked terribly. When i checked in, I told the clerk I needed an extra day. The owner came and was trying to hike my rate up at an extreme rate even though the hotel was obligated to give me my rate as a travel worker. He was NOT friendly. The 2nd shift clerk was an absolute joy and took care of me, and stood up to the owner stating what he had to do per company policy. If it wasnt for the clerk, I would have refused the stay immediately and found another hotel. Book somewhere else. Stop giving money to terrible owners who doesnt care about customers.

I had requested and was able to do an early check in . The manager and staff, were understanding and able to facilitate my request. Our room was clean and comfortable, no issues with noise . The hotel is going thru some renovation with the pool , the side door to have access in is not working . We went for breakfast at about 9:00 am and staff was then quickly putting away items with no hesitation. Otherwise, I would stay here again for a one to two night option.

Check out time is different than the one promoted on the app and at hotel flyers
