Pool was dirty. Out of pool towels Parking was challenging

Sonesta never disappoints! I’ve stayed there several times for work the last few months, so when we were moving here and needed a hotel before our movers arrived, there was just 1 choice for me! Staff is always so accommodating, the rooftop restaurant is awesome and the rooms are spacious and clean! 5 stars!

The room was expensive for the size. The WiFi in the rooms was spotty at best. It seemed that something was blocking our 5G when we took the phones off WiFi. There is not guest laundry so not a good place for longer term travelers. There was also no breakfast provided. If you have small kids, they won’t understand only $5 pastries are available. We actually had bought food from the HEB for breakfast. Not ideal.

Nothing was wrong during our stay but couldn’t help but feel our room was not worth the price. It was clean but didn’t seem any more luxurious than a normal hotel room. Service was very friendly.

I stayed in this property for over a week paid just under $2000. And to my surprise, there was small bugs, kinda like fleas. I notified front desk and they immediately moved me over to a new room, but unfortunately, I had to remove all my belongings from the room at two in the morning. It was very inconvenient as I had to pretty much pack all of my stuff before I can get a different room. I am a VIP member with Expedia and I expected more as this is a VIP property. Parking garage downstairs smelled like The inside of a garbage can. I really hope somebody reaches out and makes this right.
