It’s a shady area of Austin.

The local and state Lodging Associations continue to work the mayor and city council to address the homeless issue within our city. I can understand your concerns as certainly this is not in line with the experience our city strives to and consistently provides to our visitors. We pride ourselves on our guests having a great visit and I will pass your comments on to the association and city officials at our next board meeting.

The area of town is ok for downtown. Several blocks from restaurants or shops. Campus too far to walk. Rooms are very noisy especially in the morning. Can hear other rooms using their restroom. Water running, toilet flushing, talking, all can be heard very clearly. The restaurant food was delicious but pricey.

Great property with fantastic service and staff. Not a fan of the area immediately behind the hotel, but not a concern as on the weekend, police are present in the lobby.

Everything was amazing, but the room towels were dirty.
