Fairmont is a wonderful hotel. The facility is so clean and omits brand new. The restaurants inside are amazing. The staff are super friendly and highly professional. I’d definitely stay there again.

Really disappointed in the bottle neck of traffic getting into the hotel. Plus paying for 4 days of valet parking and having to wait every time to get into the property and to get car.

Valerie was so very helpful and polite. A nightshift member helped when i lost my earbud through the elevator doors. It was returned to me at checkout. I was beyond pleased. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. I had a corner room! The best view of downtown Austin. Fairmont deserves 100 stars!!

We were on the 19th floor over looking the pool and construction at neighboring skyscraper. Yet the room was quiet. The beds were comfy. We loved the breakfast buffet but not price. There were capers and smoked salmon. The pool and hot tub were delightful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, very clear and efficiently run. It was our 12 year wedding anniversary. Ms. Paulina was very kind and helpful. She had great recommendations. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Austin.
