The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate with a hot shower and comfortable bed. The room also had coffee making facilities, ironing board and bar fridge. Would definitely stay again!

Got an unarranged 7.30am wake up call by a loud buzzy noise from a gadget at the ceilling.
Tried to call the reception and the duty manger around 8. No one answer the call.....
It was still buzzy when i checked out at 10ish

I stayed here for a work conference at The AKL Grid. It is always lovely, quiet and well kept. I feel safe in the quiet area surrounding the hotel. There is a car park next door and a metro supermarket on the corner.

Great place to stay, easy check in. Only negative was no cooking facilities, no sink or stove etc, perfect
for a short stay not long.

Clean, comfortable rooms with great sound proofing for recovering from jet leg! In a great area for easy access to food and a short walk to nearby attractions!
