Stayed in a room on 7th floor overlooking the city and port. Could see Takapuna in the distance.
Lovely hotel, comfy bed, very clean.
Fabulous front desk welcome from the girl who's name I cant remember.
She was so warm and friendly and made all the difference.

We really enjoyed it! Even rooms are quite small and there is not much room where to put clothes!

The staff was the best part honestly, so sweet. The front area is a bit packed and stuffed, it's noisy, confusing and overwhelming. The pool was a bit too warm and stuffy but the water temperature was good and the pool was clean, the pool boogie boards and noodles were gross though, black and dirty. Everything was good and would stay again 😊

Pool was great. Service was terrible, like staff weren't trained adequately and systems were not working. Food was great. Check in and check out was a mission. When we arrived there was no record of our booking even though I had a reecord of payment. Took an hour to sort.

Fantastic clean and quiet property with great service and tentative staff, in particular the valat parking team.
Rooms are good sized with plenty amenities such as premium tea that enable you to have and try alternative flavors. Great location, however the parking is very steep and does not offer an alternative that is controlled by them

it was nice but for the price, the room was very small, it was quite dark and we could figure out how to turn the lights up and we didn’t have enough time to ask staff. i feel like this room is over priced. staff were lovely!

Had a one night staycation here, staff were very lovely and present at all times.
The room was so cosy and quiet

Room was old and dated
Bathroom was extremely old and dated - gym and pool bathrooms were nicer
Room very dark and dim
Food over priced and not of good quality - can get way cheaper and high quality food down town
Fridge was tiny and warm, not cold at all
No water provided in the mini bar
Pullman call themselves a luxury hotel, this is not a luxury hotel and not worth the money you pay. Staff not very friendly either
