Loved my stay. Room was spacious and well laid for rest and working. Upon check-in, staff were so friendly and helpful! Location is incredibly convenient -- near green space, shopping and dining. Gym and pool are great -- gym equipment a bit dated, but tonnes of it and lots of space.
Will definitely stay here again!

We came with our 4 month old daughter and our heating wasn’t working in the room so our room was freezing and so was our daughter , the sheets had a few stains on it and the room could definitely do with a bit of a maintenance touch up to the doors etc.
Other then that the staff were lovely and we’d definitely return

Hotel location is both a blessing and a curse. Downtown location was excellent for walking with easy access to food, shopping, and wharf area. However construction on new underground rail system has many downtown streets closed to traffic. Many parking choices but you have to pay for ALL of them including at the hotel which is the most expensive option. Hotel itself is nice but slightly dated. What gave it a 5 star rating for us was that we had a kitchenette room on 21st floor with absolutely amazing views. I could have stayed on the balcony and just looked at the views all day (and night).

-Would be good if Expedia stated that parking was extra money.
-Was overcharged for a roll away bed
