Room smelt like animal, semi cleanish. Not enough towels, no handtowel, needs non slip mat. WiFi wouldn’t connect so couldn’t make use of tv options. Phone wasn’t working. Laundry facilities were out of order.

The outside area was good for kids especially with a big group with lots of kids, but the rooms were ok, cleaning service was not good, we were cleaning our rooms ourselves with taking rubbish out and going to ask for clean towels and taking the dirty towels to the cleaners. So over all wasn’t the greatest experience.

Cons:
- Air condition was not providing cool air and had to ask for a service. They fixed it same day.
- we asked to be moved to another room because of Cleanliness and hygene, the new room did not have a toilet paper hanger on the wall.
- Cleanliness and hygiene is poor.
- Breakfast buffet is poor
Pros:
- Friendly staff
- They provided free complementary breakfast after complaining.

We had an amazing stay at the Auckland Airport Kiwi hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly, our room was perfect for what we needed for our family of 5. Tidy, clean and up to date inside our room. Free wifi. Food was delicious at the restaurant will definitely be back again!

Highly recommend!
Posted 24 Dec 2023 on HotelsI stay here once a year when I travel to NZ. All the staff are very friendly. The restaurant serves excellent food. The rooms are very nice, especially the ones on the motel section. Plus, you can't beat the price!

Good price bad water pressure

The bad: Low water pressure. The shower was either really hot or really cold. The room smelled like a gym.
