Bed was comfortable, a little too high for this 5'2" customer. Wasn't until last day I noticed in the binder that stepstools were available at front desk! Overall, the facility was well kept and pleasant.

I could hear every step of the people above me (extremely creaky floors) and I was given only 2 one-day passes to the YMCA for my whole trip. The breakfast was fine, but I would not recommend staying here. Room was relatively clean except the stains on the carpet.
